Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept requests for refunds or exchanges for items shipped. 

We take great care to check through each order before it's been shipped out. In the event that you receive a defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@littleecojoys.com. We will assess defects on a case by case basis. Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
